As the artist, I live just a few blocks from the ocean and walk the beach almost daily, especially in winter when the sea feels most alive. This abstract seascape captures that raw energy with thick, textured brushstrokes and a mix of earthy tones—browns, greens, and grays. The ocean’s movement and shifting weather are reflected in the dynamic sky, painted with blues and whites. The heavy paint application creates a bold, almost three-dimensional effect. This piece brings the untamed beauty of the coast into any space.
